Accounting
All the
modules in Gemsoft Treasure are integrated to the General Ledger. All transactions
posted to the General Ledger can be viewed here. Financial reports are
printed here, as well as reports for Sales Tax. Ledger window acts as
a balance sheet and keeps track of all transactions that occur within
Gemsoft Treasure. Transactions can be entered on here if necessary. You can customize
the accounting system by adding as many ledger codes as your business
requires.

Reports
Nobody knows
your jewelry business better than you, rather than being forced to make
do with reports that only come close to giving you the information you
need or confusing you with 100's of different fixed format reports. Gemsoft
Treasure uses a more advanced approach which allows the user to create
reports based on any criteria in the databases in Gemsoft Treasure. The
layout of the reports is fixed, but the contents, length and purpose of
the report is controlled by the user. This means that each report in Gemsoft
Treasure can be customized with over 32,000 variations for each report
style or 1,146,880 different reports are possible.
